The 2010 Spring Early Registration deadline is this Friday, April 2nd
 
After the April 2nd deadline, the Individual Player Fee of $70 goes up to $80.
 
Teams are filling up fast and the final day to sign up for the 2010 Spring Season is April 15th.
 
SVSL offers two divisions to play in.  Our C-Division is our Competitive division and is for players with softball experience, with intermediate to high softball skills and have a competitive nature.  Our D-Division is our beginner/novice division and is for players who are either new to softball or have low to intermediate softball skills and who just want to play softball in a recreational/less competitive environment.  So whether your a beginner or an experienced player, if you're interested in playing softball with the Silicon Valley Softball League this Spring, contacts us soon.

Under Category, select Add Name to Interest List.  Remember to include your name and a valid e-mail address.  In the Message section, please tell us a little about yourself...whether or not you've played softball before and if so, what your skill level is and the position you've played.  A League Representative will be in contact you to provide more information.

SVSL will be holding a free Softball Clinic on Sunday March 21st from 9am to noon at Raymond Bernal Memorial Park, located on N. 7th St between E. Mission St and E. Hedding St in San Jose.
 
New Players and those interested in joining the league for the Spring Season are encouraged to come out and mingle with members of the SVSL Board, Managers and Players and maybe even pick up a few softball skills.  The clinic is open to players of all skill level.

Though our Spring Season's registration is closed, our 2010 Summer Season is just around the corner.
 
We will probably be starting the Summer Season in about Mid to Late July.  SVSL's Summer Season runs for 10 weeks plus playoffs and will be played at Twin Creeks Sports Complex in Sunnyvale.

You can also come out to any of the Spring games and check out the action as a fan and maybe meet a few player or team managers.  SVSL plays on Thursday nights at Twin Creek's Fields 8 and 9 either at 6:40pm, 7:50pm or 9:00pm
